Prohibited chat use

Zemcrypto.com may mute a user for a specified period or permanently, or even block the account entirely, for any of the following reasons:

• Harassing other users or creating an unwelcoming environment.
• Exhibiting toxicity or making statements intended to provoke reactions from others.
• Soliciting money from other users or staff members (begging).
• AAdvertising or spamming, including posting referral links.
• Sharing bonus codes.
• Engaging in any other unlawful activities.
• Advertising or sharing links to other sites.

Age Restriction

To use our website, you must be at least 13 years old or meet the minimum age requirement stipulated by the jurisdiction in which Zemcrypto operates.

Refferals

User's promotional codes may be deleted or blocked if they mimic existing promotional codes of well-known YouTubers, Streamers or their nicknames.

Bans

A user may be temporarily or permanently banned for any activity that we deem suspicious or potentially fraudulent. The following activities would warrant an account ban or freeze:

• Using multiple accounts or more than one account per household.
• Receiving offer chargebacks.
• Completing offers on another user's account.
• Utilizing VPNs, VPS, or emulator software of any kind.
• Completing an unusually high number of offers within a short time frame.
• Completing suspicious offers with a high rate of chargeback.

Offer Holds

We reserve the right to temporarily hold offer credits at any time. This will occur automatically if a survey exceeds a user's credit limit.

We retain the right to hold these credits for a period of up to 60 days after offer completion.

Coins

All 'currency' values on this site are represented by Coins. Coins do not possess any real-life value and can only be used in exchange for our withdrawal options.

Taxes

You acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with the tax laws of your country and should report and settle any income earned on zemcrypto.com with the appropriate tax authorities.

Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if an error is made by the site. However, errors related to Coinbase or mistakes in entering withdrawal addresses are beyond our control and are not eligible for refund from us. In such cases, you would need to contact the relevant provider directly to seek a refund.

We cannot refund coins for withdrawals made to a banned or limited Coinbase account. However, if you contact Coinbase and arrange for the transaction to be refunded back into our account, we will be able to refund your coins upon receipt.
